Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will craft effective interfaces by conducting user research and creating wireframes and prototypes, ensuring design consistency and usability across various devices.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analyze user and business needs to create effective interfaces with a focus on onboarding journeys
• Gather and interpret user feedback and data to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and target audience
• Create wireframes, layouts, and designs that meet user requirements and business goals, with strong creativity in UI to enhance onboarding flows and AI feature interactions
• Adapt designs for various devices and screen sizes
• Ensure design adherence to UX/UI principles and best practices, particularly for highly engaging and intuitive interactions
• Develop interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts with users
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs
• Analyze user data and incorporate insights into design iterations
• Define optimal navigation flows and interactions for websites and applications
• Ensure seamless user experiences by considering information architecture and user journeys
• Maintain design consistency and adhere to technical requirements during the development process
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and implementation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, preferably with hands-on experience at tech startups, especially those with a heavy focus on UX
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs and successful projects
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
• Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and the ability to create high-quality user interfaces
• Experience in adapting designs for various devices
• Knowledge of UX/UI design trends and a strong desire to learn and grow in this field
• Strong analytical skills, including conducting user research and analyzing data
• Ability to gather insights and apply them to design solutions
• Proficiency in English
