The role focuses on the preparation and prosecution of complex patents while collaborating with a team of engineers and scientists, with opportunities for growth in technology protection and patent strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and prosecution of complex patents
• Portfolio responsibility dependent upon experience and technical expertise
• Interact with internal researchers and patent professionals
• Deal with all other aspects of technology protection (e.g., due diligence, patent portfolio strategy, enforcement and licensing issues)
• Work closely with an impressive team of engineers and scientists

Requirements:

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in engineering or physics
• USPTO license
• At least 4 years of solid patent preparation and prosecution experience
