Migrant Clinicians Network is partnering with Power and Data Management, a growing manufacturer in the electrical power industry. They are seeking an Operations Project Manager to facilitate customer solutions and lead the execution of complex electrical distribution projects for various industrial clients.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders, internal PDM stakeholders, factory teams, logistics teams, and field service partners
- Track project schedules, KPIs, changes, risks, budgets, and approval timelines
- Lead project kickoff and stakeholder governance meetings
- Manage the execution of technical efforts in the field
- Provide technical support for internal teams, service partners, and customer technical inquiries in collaboration with the factory and engineering teams
- Support technical design reviews and submittal packages, transportation logistics, service and spare parts proposals, field documentation, and equipment lifecycle management in collaboration with the factory and engineering teams
- Support sales activities to validate customer solutions and generate business growth through operational excellence
- Travel to domestic and international manufacturing and customer sites as needed for project coordination and quality assurance
- Promote workplace safety and employee wellbeing
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Project management experience, electrical/industrial/field service environments preferred
- Ability to read electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, schedules, and technical submittals
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Microsoft 365, MS Dynamics, ERP, CRM, and/or equivalent project tracking tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to lead, take initiative, assess risks, problem solve, manage process, and strive for continuous improvement
- Willingness to periodically work outside of standard work hours for global coordination efforts
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%)
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, etc.), Construction Management, Business, or related field is preferred; MBA is a plus
- Experience working in HV/MV electrical, industrial power equipment, or related industries is preferred
- Experience working with international teams is preferred
- Experience working with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is preferred
- Bilingual (Mandarin) written and verbal abilities are a plus
