Project Manager

Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC is a holding company of Bristol Bay Native Corporation, focused on providing innovative and sustainable solutions in the construction industry. They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring timely and compliant delivery while coordinating various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage construction project schedules to ensure on-time completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, quality expectations, and security protocols
• Develop project cost estimates and support budget management
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and communication
• Lead and document meetings with customers and subcontractors, resolving issues to keep projects on track
• Provide effective leadership to maximize productivity and deliver successful project outcomes

Requirements:

• Experience in Federal construction
• Must have knowledge about every stage of the construction process from scope development to project closeout
• Five (5+) years construction experience
• 30 hour OSHA Construction Safety Training
• Must be familiar with the requirements of EM385-1 and OSHA, and have experience in the areas of hazard identification and safety compliance
