- Define reusable patterns and standards that raise quality within your domain
- Contribute directly and consistently to design work, from early exploration through final delivery
- Drive measurable improvements in experience quality, conversion, and user outcomes
- Balance rapid iteration and short-term wins with the systems thinking that compounds over time
- Use research, prototyping, and performance data to validate direction and inform decisions
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize, plan, and ship
- Collaborate across the consumer and provider sides of the product to ensure your domain fits naturally into the broader journey
- Advocate for users, both providers and patients, in decisions about flow structure, information hierarchy, and experience quality
- Contribute to design quality and craft across the broader Cherry design team
Requirements:
- 6+ years of product design experience with demonstrated ownership of a product area or domain
- Strong interaction design craft across complex, multi-step flows
- Systems thinking across end-to-end journeys, not just individual screens
- Sharp product judgment and comfort shaping problems before solutions are defined
- Ability to work independently and drive decisions without waiting for direction
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams
- High visual design quality and attention to the details that build trust
- Experience with conversion-critical or high-stakes transactional products a plus
