Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
• Process Analysis: Analyze and improve business processes
• Functional Specifications: Create detailed functional specifications for development teams
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals
• Project Management: Manage project timelines and deliverables
• Testing: Participate in testing activities to ensure quality

Requirements:

• Ability to analyze complex problems and identify solutions
• Understanding of business processes and industry trends
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic understanding of software development methodologies and tools
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Knowledge in mobile application lifecycle management (iOS, Android and React Native) and Content Management System (Contentful CMS)
• Knowledge of specific industry domains (Hospitality)
• Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI)
• Experience in a technology-driven organization
• Knowledge of Lean principles and practices
• Experience with Agile tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
