Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

State Farm Agent is a trusted part of the Woodburn community, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. In this role, you will generate exceptional customer experiences, resolve inquiries, and support community members while enhancing your career.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Property/Casualty license (required)
• Prior insurance experience
• Must reside in Pacific Standard Time (California, Washington, Oregon or Nevada)
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
