Senior Product Manager – B2B SaaS

Glint Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of customer-facing B2B SaaS products. This role involves partnering with various teams to deliver impactful products and requires a strong background in product management and customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for customer-facing B2B SaaS products
• Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Support, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver high-impact product releases
• Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product requirements and roadmap priorities
• Write clear, actionable Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories
• Drive products from discovery through launch, adoption, and continuous iteration
• Balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities when making product decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful product delivery
• Measure product success using customer feedback, usage metrics, and business outcomes

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of Product Management experience
• Proven success shipping end-to-end B2B SaaS products
• Experience owning product roadmaps and driving execution across cross-functional teams
• Experience at a recognizable, high-growth Series A–D startup
• Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to build trusted customer relationships
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
• Demonstrated experience writing clear, detailed, and actionable PRDs
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Operations, Support, and Product teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong academic background or experience at a highly regarded startup or Big Tech company (either is sufficient; both are a plus)
• Experience with healthcare technology or digital health products
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution skills
