Full Stack Software Engineer (React, Vue.js)/Machine Learning Engineer

Apptad is a company providing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings and analytical tools to the Life Sciences industry. They are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer / Machine Learning Engineer to build web-based tools and work closely with clients to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities:

• Build a new generation of web-based SaaS tools
• Work directly with Life Sciences clients to structure problems and build new tools
• Develop, pilot, and deploy new products that meet the needs of our customers and the life sciences industry
• Report to the Software Lead for delivering those products

Requirements:

• Up to 4 years of experience in full stack web application development
• Experience in one or more programming languages (JavaScript, C#, .Net, Java, or C/C++)
• Experience with AI based coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and AI techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, fine-tuning, Advance Prompt Engineering and Graph RAG
• Knowledge of SQL or no-SQL databases (or be willing to learn)
• Direct experience in building tools or models that help customers make better decisions using data and structured methodologies
• Strong analytical abilities. You enjoy absorbing large amounts of data, learning new programming languages, or building quantitative insights based on an understanding of complex systems
• Intellectual curiosity, discipline and attention for structure and details
• Interest in life sciences / healthcare
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
