Technical Product & Data Business Analyst (GCP Analytics) @ East Coast Region, USA

Naveera Technology LLC is a trusted global engineering partner delivering Data Engineering, Generative AI, Application Development, and IT Infrastructure solutions. They are seeking a Technical Product Analyst to support enterprise-scale cloud analytics initiatives, translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions on the Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, and Engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
• Define product features, acceptance criteria, user stories, and business workflows
• Perform gap analysis and recommend scalable analytics solutions
• Support roadmap planning and product backlog prioritization
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, business insights, and optimization opportunities
• Define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements for executive stakeholders
• Validate data quality, completeness, and consistency across multiple data sources
• Support data modeling and analytics initiatives in collaboration with Data Engineers
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements
• Work with GCP Data Engineering teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions
• Understand and analyze data pipelines built using: BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer, Dataproc
• Validate data transformations and reporting outputs
• Assist in cloud migration and analytics modernization initiatives
• Develop business dashboards and executive reports
• Work with BI tools including: Looker, Looker Studio, Power BI (Preferred)
• Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics
• Deliver self-service analytics solutions for business users

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Analyst
• Experience working with US-based clients in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and SDLC
• Strong experience in product analysis, business analysis, data analytics, GCP services, SQL, dashboarding, and Agile methodologies
• Experience working with Data Engineering teams and cloud-based analytics platforms
• Power BI
