Salesforce nCino Business Analyst

LTIMindtree is seeking a Salesforce nCino Business Analyst who will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions on the Salesforce nCino platform. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, supporting User Acceptance Testing, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Gather analyze and document business requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria
• Support and manage User Acceptance Testing UAT including test scripts and defect tracking
• Analyze banking and lending workflows using nCino and Salesforce
• Act as SME for nCino platform during discussions and training sessions
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers admins and product owners
• Track backlog sprint progress and key KPIs

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong handson experience with Salesforce and nCino
• Experience in financial services banking or lending domain
• Strong knowledge of AgileScrum methodologies
• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Information Systems or related field
• Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Salesforce Field Service
• Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Salesforce ServiceMax
• Salesforce or nCino certification
• Experience with Loan Origination Systems LOS
