Project Manager

Osmose is the market-leading provider of critical resiliency, assessment, and restoration services for electric transmission, distribution, and telecommunications companies. They are seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, coordinate, and budget activities concerning the utility services provided by Osmose, ensuring project objectives are met in alignment with contracted scope of work.

Responsibilities:

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contracted work scope specifications
• Track, manage and resolve project issues as they arise throughout the project life cycle
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers and clients
• Formulate reports by extracting required data from various sources concerning such areas as work progress, costs and scheduling, for internal and external distribution
• Implement and adhere to the project management process and methodology
• Work with contract administrators to manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the customer
• Represent company in customer facing project meetings and attend strategy meetings
• Track and reconcile revenue, cost of goods, accruals, and customer invoices using principles of cost accounting

Requirements:

• Must be currently authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
• Bachelor's degree in business or technical degree preferred (computer science, mathematics, statistics, business or other mathematical field)
• 3-7 years of proven Project Management experience
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong presentation skills
• Utility or utility services industry management preferred
• PMP/PMI certification
