About this role
GH Engage is a growing integrated architecture and engineering firm expanding its engineering department. They are seeking a Senior MEP Engineer who can operate with a high degree of autonomy and take true ownership of their projects.
Responsibilities:
- Independently designing complex HVAC, plumbing, gas, and/or electrical systems across a diverse project portfolio
- Signing and sealing your own drawings as Engineer of Record
- Managing all project correspondence, coordination, and client communication
- Delivering projects from concept through construction administration with minimal oversight
- Mentoring and guiding junior engineers within the team
- Collaborating with architecture and engineering teams across disciplines
Requirements:
- PE license required - Mechanical or Electrical
- 8+ years of MEP design experience at senior level
- Proven ability to independently design and stamp complex systems
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capability
- Strong communication skills and confidence managing client relationships directly
- Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
- healthcare, commercial, or government experience preferred but not essential
