Job Title: UX Designer
Location: Dallas, TX | Atlanta, GA | Nashville, TN
Employment Type: Long-Term Contract (W2/C2C)
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of UX Design experience.
- Strong experience designing Web and Mobile applications.
- Expertise in UX Research, Customer Journey Mapping, Wireframing, Prototyping, and User Validation.
- Hands-on experience with Figma (or equivalent design tools).
- Experience leading or mentoring UX/UI Designers.
- Strong understanding of Design Systems and Accessibility (WCAG).
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and QA teams in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Loyalty, Rewards, E-commerce, or Membership platforms.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
