Engineer 3 - Software

Enterprise Fleet Management is a privately held, full-service fleet management business. The Engineer 3 role involves designing and developing technology solutions, leading implementations, and providing guidance to junior team members while ensuring compliance with established standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and modify many different elements of technology
• Understand advanced methods, theories and research techniques that establish ongoing direction and implementation of the technology vision and strategy
• Lead implementations and provide viable recommendations for implementing new solutions
• Provide instruction and guidance to less senior team members on new tasks and assignments; ensuring deadlines are met
• Collaborate with Architects and recommend adjustments to the architecture to improve the overall quality and integration
• Monitor key performance metrics to ensure compliance of established standards, processes, and procedures
• Assess and respond to user requests for product support
• Evaluate business requests to determine feasibility as well as application development
• Interpret end-user business requirements to develop and/or modify technical design specifications for custom-developed Salesforce solutions
• Analyze and review software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost restraints
• Participate in unit testing, QA testing, identifying potential problems and researching options to minimize complexity along with implementation of solutions

Requirements:

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must currently reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IL (excludes Cook County), IA, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MO, NV, NM, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI
• Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems
• Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of Service Cloud experience
• 3+ years of Sales Cloud experience
• 3+ years of API experience
