Project Manager - MS D365

XAPT is looking for a skilled Project Manager to coordinate one of their NAXT 365 ERP Implementations. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, and budget while ensuring successful project delivery in the Heavy Equipment Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the planning and implementation of projects
• Managing project scope, timelines, and budget
• Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Managing project risks and issues
• Coordinating with internal and external resources to ensure project success
• Providing leadership and direction to project team members
• Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards
• Managing project change requests and ensuring they are properly documented
• Keeping current with new features and functionalities of our product NAXT 365
• Continuously monitoring the progress of the project and ensuring that it stays on schedule
• Managing the handover of the project to the customer
• Learn the Modules of NAXT 365
• Mentoring new consultants for fast growth within the XAPT Organization
• Build a communication channel with colleagues Globally

Requirements:

• University Degree in IT or Logistics or Engineering or Business Management
• At least 4 years of experience as a Project manager in large scale software implementations
• Extensive knowledge in Project management and its sub sections (scope, budget, cost, plan, quality, time, resource, management)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• Willingness to travel (30-40 %)
• Leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and Scrum
• Create and maintain the project implementation according to SEAL
• Organize and coordinate the project repositories for your projects
• Provide monthly reports on projects health to the PMO Manager
• Provide Weekly, BI-Weekly Project Status Documents for your projects to the PMO Manager
• Provide Weekly and Monthly Invoice Billing to Customer
• Manage the Deployment timeline of the NAXT 365 Solution Licenses
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement is a plus
• PMP is an advantage
