Senior Software Engineer, US

Osmind is a technology, services, and data company focused exclusively on psychiatry, serving over 800 independent psychiatry practices across the United States. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to architectural discussions and partner with Product and Clinical teams to build software that improves patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and influence architecture decisions across our stack, helping establish patterns the team builds on
• Own complex product challenges end-to-end—from technical design through shipping to end users
• Support and grow other engineers through code reviews, design feedback, and pairing
• Partner with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to translate clinical workflows into scalable solutions
• Identify and help drive improvements to technical debt, reliability, and developer experience
• Actively use AI tools in your daily workflow and contribute to team-wide best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping complex features in production systems
• Track record of owning and delivering technical initiatives end-to-end
• Experience contributing to 0-1 builds
• Proficient with AI coding tools as part of daily development
• Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively across engineering and product stakeholders
• Passion for improving mental healthcare
• HIPAA-regulated healthcare or fintech experience
• AI/ML integration in production
