Product Delivery Lead

Arondite enables organisations to wield autonomy, data and AI at scale. As Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of high-quality and secure product releases, driving the release process and coordinating with the product team to ensure quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Owning the end-to-end release process to ensure product releases are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high quality
• Maintaining and communicating release schedules across engineering, product, and stakeholders in the deployment team
• Running release planning and readiness reviews, ensuring all teams have clear acceptance criteria and ‘definition of done’
• Tracking progress against the roadmap, identifying risks and blockers early before they impact delivery
• Defining and enforcing testing, security and performance criteria before any release
• Providing metrics such as release frequency, lead time to new features and the number of bugs discovered
• Continuously improving the reliability and repeatability of the release process by reducing manual steps, increasing automation, and shortening cycle times
