Hoselink USA is a fast-growing, digitally native DTC brand that specializes in gardening and watering products. They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated campaign execution and manage a team during a 6-month parental leave cover, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and delivering on key marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to building a forward-looking marketing growth plan, identifying opportunities to accelerate brand awareness and customer acquisition — with a particular focus on expanding Hoselink's presence in key US growth markets
- Own the integrated marketing calendar, keeping launches, promotions, and content initiatives strategically sequenced
- Lead end-to-end integrated retail campaigns across product launches, promotions, and seasonal moments — from ideation and creative briefing through to execution and post-campaign reporting
- Translate commercial priorities into clear messaging frameworks, launch timelines, and cross-functional workflows
- Draw on market research and customer insights to inform campaign strategy and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure all campaigns are on-brand, delivered on time, and optimized for customer engagement and revenue performance
- Manage and support the Social Media & Influencer Manager and Senior Graphic Designer
- Manage the PR agency relationship — briefing, approvals, campaign coordination, reporting, and media support
- Lead weekly Marketing WIP, fortnightly Creative, and monthly Blog Planning & Content meetings
- Create clarity, prioritization, and accountability across projects while fostering a collaborative team environment
- Review and provide feedback on customer-facing copy and creative across website, email, social, blog, and campaign assets
- Develop campaign and creative briefs for launches, partnerships, photoshoots, and content initiatives
- Ensure brand voice, messaging, and creative direction are consistent across all touchpoints
- Contribute to ongoing market positioning and brand alignment as Hoselink grows its US presence
- Support blog content planning aligned to customer education, SEO, seasonality, and product launches
- Keep key in-flight projects moving across the contract period, including marketing assets, sponsorship workstreams, staffing coordination, and booth positioning for the Northwest Garden & Flower Show
- Support early-stage scoping and planning for potential participation in the Philadelphia Flower Show, including opportunity analysis and marketing requirements
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams and external partners to ensure project deliverables stay on track
- Monitor key marketing KPIs and use performance data to inform planning and optimization
- Lead campaign reporting and post-mortems, surfacing insights and growth opportunities
- Prepare and contribute to monthly business update presentations
- Partner with Digital Marketing and eCommerce stakeholders to align campaign activity with site performance, merchandising priorities, and promotional goals
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance on end-of-month reconciliations and budget planning, Operations to ensure campaigns align with inventory availability (including free gift with purchase, product launch lead times, and avoiding promoting out-of-stock products), and Product to stay across key USPs, product updates, and launch-readiness
Requirements:
- 7–8+ years in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or campaign marketing within a DTC or eCommerce brand
- Proven experience working with Shopify-based or digitally native consumer brands
- Track record of leading integrated campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels
- Experience managing direct reports and external agency relationships
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret campaign performance and business metrics
- Excellent project management, creative briefing, and communication skills
- Comfortable with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar
- US market experience is a strong advantage, particularly across growth regions such as Texas and Florida
