Velcor.ai is an AI-first revenue operations company focused on helping B2B teams scale their growth. The Generative AI Engineer will design, build, and deploy generative AI solutions to enhance revenue operations, collaborating with various teams to implement scalable AI features.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy generative AI solutions that support revenue operations across outbound automation, lead scoring, and pipeline strategy
• Develop and fine-tune models
• Integrate them into production systems
• Collaborate with revenue, product, and data teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI features
• Creating and evaluating prompts
• Optimizing model performance
• Maintaining data pipelines
• Monitoring system reliability and effectiveness
• Experiment with new architectures and tools
• Document technical approaches
• Support continuous improvement of AI-driven workflows used by clients
