Designer, Fire Protection

As a Designer on the Fire Protection team, you will be responsible for taking design and construction projects from concept to completion, focusing on building systems and technical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Design building systems
• Perform engineering calculations
• Produce construction documents
• Prepare technical documentation
• Work collaboratively to coordinate your work across an integrated team of other designers, architects, and engineers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering field and/or equivalent knowledge gained from education and/or work experience
• Experience designing fire protection and fire alarm systems and knowledge of relevant codes
• Proficiency is Revit and AutoCAD is required
• Experience working on restaurant, grocery, retail, healthcare or similar projects is helpful
