Automation Project Manager (Remote)

Synchronous Solutions, Inc. is looking for an Automation Project Manager to help with the delivery of Automation Projects in their Automation Program Portfolio. This fully remote role involves maintaining effective business relationships, designing automation solutions, and analyzing client needs to propose automation journeys.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and design business processes for automation
• The setting, testing, and monitoring of automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without the risk of error
• Monitor and maintain automation post-implementations and resolve any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
• Producing process documents to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward

Requirements:

• USA citizen
• At least 4 years of working experience in delivering automation, including RPA and AI solutions for clients
• At least 4 years' experience designing and implementing solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere and AI tools
• Excellent knowledge of automation tools and automation assessment frameworks
