RTS is an enthusiast culture company that builds at the intersection of gaming, creators, and brands. They are seeking a Partnerships Sales Account Manager to support the Partnerships team in delivering exceptional service to clients and managing operational and project-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and ensures the timely delivery of internal and client-facing projects, working across teams to meet deadlines and expectations
- Tracks project progress using tools such as AirTable, ClickUp or Google Sheets to ensure completion of short- and long-term goals
- Communicates project changes, status updates, and critical issues to stakeholders promptly and clearly
- Manages and monitors multiple projects, adjusting priorities, timelines, and deliverables as necessary
- Supports the management of subcontractors and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of deliverables
- Collaborates with internal teams to align on deliverables and execution requirements
- Built and maintained strategic relationships with global clients and vendor partners, facilitating seamless communication across different regions and time zones
- Documents and tracks project milestones for both external and internal reviews
- Prepares and maintains budgets and expenses for project-related tasks, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Identifies potential project risks or delays in advance and escalates as needed
- Assists in identifying, analyzing, and implementing improvements to project workflows and processes
- Serves as the primary point of contact and trusted partner to clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication
- Prepares and supports project meetings, including creating agendas, consulting with internal stakeholders, and managing follow-ups
- Maintains consistent communication with multiple project stakeholders to identify needs, address concerns, and provide updates on progress
- Advocates for clients needs while proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Builds and maintains strong client relationships to support long-term partnership success
- Owns the day-to-day client relationship, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations
- Understands client objectives and supports the execution of programs aligned to those goals
- Tracks performance against defined KPIs and provides regular reporting on progress and outcomes
- Surfaces insights and recommendations to improve program performance
- Partners with internal teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and execution
- Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance client value and support account growth
- Leads and oversees real-time partner deliverable activation components
- Assists with invoice processing and tracking for client and brand partner agreements
- Manages and archives contracts, ensuring accurate record-keeping for all agreements
- Supports the tracking and organization of inventory and deliverables across projects
- Collaborates with the sales team to ensure alignment on scope and execution
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client services roles
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional client relationships spanning executive, commercial, and technical stakeholders
- Proficient in identifying issues, remediation tactics, and escalation paths
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task while maintaining high-quality execution
- Experience in media, gaming, events, or entertainment industries
- Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment
