Senior Product Manager, Continuous Integration

Harness is the AI Software Delivery Platform company, and they are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Harness Continuous Integration. This role focuses on innovation, technical execution, and enhancing developer experience in the CI pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Help drive the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Harness CI across build pipelines, parallelization, and build infrastructure
• Deepen and scale CI’s integration across the Harness software delivery platform, strengthening its role as a first-class pillar in the delivery lifecycle
• Define and deliver AI-assisted workflows grounded in build and pipeline context that measurably improve developer productivity, such as cutting build and test time, explaining why a build failed, and detecting flaky tests
• Partner with engineering and design to ensure AI experiences in CI are trustworthy, controllable, and aligned with enterprise requirements
• Partner with customers to understand how teams build, test, and ship day-to-day, and use those insights to reduce pipeline friction, improve usability, and guide roadmap priorities
• Partner with go-to-market teams on training, enablement, and driving sales opportunities to accelerate adoption and revenue growth
• Drive competitive intelligence across CI and adjacent developer workflow tooling, and translate insights into clear priorities and differentiation
• Champion developer experience by relentlessly simplifying CI workflows, improving the onboarding experience, reducing setup and configuration overhead, and making pipelines easier to understand, debug, and trust

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 7+ years total experience, including:
• Proven track record shipping complex products with measurable adoption and impact
• Familiarity with GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket ecosystems and CI/quality integrations
• Enterprise SaaS governance experience and/or AI-assisted developer workflows is a plus
