Responsibilities:

• Patent preparation and prosecution
• Patent opinions (infringement, patentability, validity, right to use)
• Licensing and related negotiation
• Patent portfolio strategy
• Competitive landscape assessments
• Client counseling

Requirements:

• Minimum B.S. in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering, or Computer Science
• applied engineering experience relating to computer systems and engineering
• USPTO license
• employment stability
• Absolute minimum of 2 years solid claim drafting and prosecution experience required
• Prior engineering experience would be valued
• expertise relating to enterprise web and mobile security solutions
• real-time threat prevention and related code analysis
