Dice is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a Marketing Technology transformation initiative within the pharmaceutical industry. The role involves modernizing lead management processes and delivering scalable solutions by coordinating with various business and technology teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of MarTech and CRM transformation projects
- Lead initiatives focused on lead capture, ingestion, validation, enrichment, scoring, qualification, routing, and nurturing
- Coordinate integration between Salesforce, MuleSoft, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Eloqua
- Supporting automation opportunities for third-party lead intake processes
- Improve lead data quality, source attribution, campaign tracking, and customer journey visibility
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, IT, and external vendors
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables using Agile methodologies
- Support reporting, analytics, SLA monitoring, workflow tracking, and audit requirements
- Manage resource planning and project financial tracking using Planview
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience managing IT projects or technical programs
- Strong experience with Agile project management methodologies
- Experience managing CRM, Marketing Technology, or enterprise application projects
- Experience with Salesforce and system integration projects
- Knowledge of MuleSoft, APIs, or middleware integrations
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, or similar tools
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Planview
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or Adobe Experience Cloud
- Experience with lead management, CRM modernization, or customer data platforms (CDP)
- Life Sciences, Healthcare, or regulated industry experience
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus
