- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or a demonstrable ability to ramp quickly (Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Power BI Premium experience strongly considered)
- Proven experience building and maintaining REST API integrations in a production environment
- Strong grasp of data modeling, ETL/ELT design patterns, and data warehouse concepts
- Ability to work from high-level requirements and independently drive solutions to completion
- A track record of delivering accurate, production-quality work under real timelines
- Self-directed: you manage your own queue, ask smart questions, and don't wait to be told what to do next
- Excellent communication skills — you can explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely

- Familiarity with HL7/FHIR standards or payer/clearinghouse API ecosystems
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum workflows (helpful, not a dealbreaker)
- Comfort working in a high-growth, startup-adjacent environment where priorities can shift quickly
