Dice is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support a high-impact legal technology initiative within the real estate and property industry. The role involves improving deployment practices, managing release coordination, and ensuring secure handling of sensitive legal data.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the review, redesign, and optimization of existing DevOps workflows to improve reliability, efficiency, and release quality
- Manage deployment activities for a growing greenfield environment, including planning and executing rollback strategies as user adoption expands
- Oversee release coordination and delivery practices to ensure controlled, consistent movement of code across environments
- Administer and enhance DevOps operations within a Copado governance framework focused on legal business systems
- Partner with development teams to support code-intensive builds and align DevOps practices with application delivery needs
- Contribute expertise in MuleSoft-related development environments to support integration-aware deployment and release planning
- Apply strong security principles to protect sensitive legal information throughout build, deployment, and release processes
- Use tools such as Azure DevOps, Salesforce DevOps, and Copado to strengthen automation, governance, and deployment execution
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in DevOps roles with responsibility for deployment management, release processes, and workflow improvement
- Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, Salesforce DevOps, and Copado in enterprise delivery environments
- Strong understanding of secure DevOps practices, particularly when supporting systems that handle sensitive or regulated data
- Ability to design and support rollback approaches in evolving production environments
- Experience collaborating closely with software development teams in code-heavy delivery settings
- Familiarity with MuleSoft and its relationship to development and deployment activities
- Broad knowledge of DevOps tools and methodologies, with the ability to evaluate and apply the right approach for the environment
- Exposure to legal, financial, or similarly regulated business domains
