Oxygen Conservation is a fast-scaling business on a mission to protect and restore the natural environment at an institutional scale. The Head of Growth will lead the sale of premium natural capital credits to corporate partners and private investors, helping to define the market and secure long-term strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Help define how premium natural capital is bought, sold and valued globally
- Secure long-term relationships with corporates, investors and strategic buyers that shape the future of the market
- Position our credits at the top of the market and defend the pricing that quality deserves
- Create commercial structures where no established template yet exists
- Build deep, trusted partnerships that compound over years, not quarters
- Ensure every deal strengthens confidence in natural capital as a scalable institutional asset class
- Unlock new opportunities across our data, analytics and intelligence capabilities over time
- Build our reputation in boardrooms, investment committees and the conversations that move markets
- Bring AI into your daily workflow to move faster, spot opportunities earlier, and operate at a level traditional commercial teams cannot match
Requirements:
- Experience presenting premium products and partnership opportunities to discerning buyers
- Comfortable moving across boardrooms, investment committees, and high-trust commercial environments
- Ability to build genuine relationships and exercise sharp judgement
- Passionate about quality and committed to delivery
- Experience in luxury, high-end services, or sophisticated B2B environments
- Understanding of how procurement and investment committees make decisions
- Financial literacy to model deals and appraise credit sales' impact on investment returns
- Ability to articulate pricing decisions and their effects on business models
- Understanding of technology, AI tools, and data platforms to leverage commercial impact
- Ability to create alternative deal structures and confidently present them
- Fluency in conservation science, investor narrative, and corporate procurement language
- Ability to craft compelling narratives for premium propositions
- Mindset of solving with generosity and treating all relationships with care
- Experience in securing long-term partnerships with corporates and investors
- Ability to position credits at premium value and defend pricing
- Experience in structuring deals without established templates
