TouchTone Business is a managed network and technology services provider headquartered in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey. They are seeking a full-time remote Channel Sales Manager to recruit, develop, and grow relationships with agents and channel partners selling their telecom solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and recruit new channel partners and agents
- Nurture and grow existing partner relationships
- Deliver virtual and in-person sales presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams on competitive proposals and pricing
- Track and report on sales pipeline activity using CRM tools
- Negotiate partner agreements
- Enable partners with training, marketing materials, and ongoing support
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform strategy
Requirements:
- Proven channel/indirect sales experience — partner recruitment, relationship management, pipeline building
- Telecom or connectivity solutions background, with the ability to translate technical offerings into business value
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills for complex B2B deals
- CRM and sales analytics proficiency for forecasting and account management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-directed, organized, and effective working remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a channel/indirect model
- Ability to travel for partner meetings, events, and conferences
