Ragan Communications is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow their membership business. This role involves researching target accounts and reaching out to prospective members, as well as qualifying leads and booking meetings for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Research target accounts
- Reach out to prospective members by email, phone and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads
- Book meetings for the sales team
- Learn Ragan’s consultative, tandem-selling approach
- Partner with membership leaders and subject matter experts
Requirements:
- Up to 1–2 years of experience
- Strong communicator and organized follow-up partner
- Curious, coachable and eager to learn sales
- Comfortable with outreach - or excited to build that skill
- Interested in media, communications, events, memberships or professional development
