Fulfyld is an innovative company based in Huntsville, Alabama, specializing in e-commerce inventory and product fulfillment services. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative responsible for finding qualified leads and converting them into prospects through various outreach methods, as well as managing inbound inquiries and outbound efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of the lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touchpoints and the handoff to the Director of Accounts
- Drive Fulfyld's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business
- Manage inbound leads coming through the website and social media platforms
- Find new qualified leads and add them to the CRM system on a daily basis
- Meet and exceed monthly targets and quotas
- Book and complete discovery calls with prospects and transition them to the Director of Accounts
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set
- Assist management with transition of all customers and processes to external warehouses
- Gain knowledge and understanding of the e-commerce, fulfillment and logistics industries
Requirements:
- High level of organizational skills and the ability to create excellent work within project deadlines
- Knowledge of sales processes and CRMs
- Interest in and knowledge of social media trends
- Ability to manage several projects of varying scopes at once
- Goal-oriented, metrics driven
- Track-record of top performance and exceeding expectations
- Comfortable with cold-calls and cold-outreach
- Proficiency using Mac or PC
- Ability to clearly communicate with qualified leads via phone and email
