SR Business Analyst

ID Logistics US is focused on streamlining warehouse operations through innovative solutions. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will implement and support Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions, collaborating with various teams to optimize workflows and ensure successful deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through Statements of Work (SOWs), functional requirements documents, process maps, and workflow diagrams
• Lead integration of data mapping activities across client and internal systems, ensuring accurate documentation and maintenance of mapping specifications
• Develop and execute integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans while coordinating testing activities with clients and stakeholders
• Create ad hoc SQL queries to support reporting, troubleshooting, system analysis, and operational support
• Design, test, and support WMS enhancements, integrations, and system extensions developed by internal teams or software vendors
• Providing Level 2 application support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with technical teams to drive resolution
• Participate in solution design reviews for new implementations, process improvements, and system enhancements
• Develop instructional, procedural, and business process documentation to support operational and system adoption
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, integrations, and business processes
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards, site-specific requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
