Financial Analyst

Outcomes4Me is a HUBZone-certified SDVOSB that delivers innovative solutions for federal programs. They are seeking a Financial Analyst to provide financial and project management support to their GSA client, analyzing project costs and schedules, and ensuring financial accuracy across contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Interface directly with our GSA client’s Project Managers, Contracting Officers, Contract Specialists
• Present financial statuses and recommendations to GSA AAS, GSA AAS’s federal agency clients, and other federal contractors
• Identify root causes of complex contract financial situations and model possible courses of action to recommend solutions
• Identify and resolve funding shortfalls and surpluses to maximize client purchasing power
• Analyze historical data to maintain estimates of account burn rates, funding runout dates, and total costs of specific projects
• Create and maintain account structures for federal contracts supporting multiple stakeholders, including the tracking of each stakeholder’s funds and expenditures
• Support the intake of funding from GSA’s clients and coordinate funding allocation recommendations with contract stakeholders
• Reconcile contract finances to validate financial tracking, identify allocation errors, or remove unneeded funds
• Review cost estimate submissions for financial validity and contractual compliance
• Review invoices for financial accuracy, errors, and contractual compliance
• Utilize financial management tools/systems to collect, analyze, review and report on project financial data
