The Vice President of Product & Growth Marketing will define market strategies, oversee product marketing and customer engagement, and drive growth initiatives to strengthen the company's position in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Define market positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation across the Solumina portfolio
- Shape iBase-t's market narrative around intelligent manufacturing execution, AI, digital thread, and operational intelligence
- Develop market insights, competitive intelligence, buyer understanding, and segmentation strategies
- Partner with executive leadership to strengthen thought leadership, customer engagement, and market influence
- Own global product marketing strategy and execution
- Lead product launches and integrated go-to-market initiatives
- Develop buyer personas, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement programs
- Partner closely with Product Management to translate product innovation into customer value and commercial success
- Drive adoption of new capabilities across existing customers and new markets
- Lead and optimize programs that generate qualified pipeline, support revenue growth, and accelerate customer expansion
- Build demand generation, account-based marketing, digital campaigns, and marketing programs
- Track performance measurement and reporting that connects marketing investments to business outcomes
- Partner with Marketing Operations to optimize marketing performance through data, technology, analytics, and scalable processes
- Continuously improve the buyer journey through testing, insights, and operational discipline
- Develop the strategy and programs that create deeper customer relationships and long-term advocacy
- Lead customer engagement initiatives including the iBase-t User Conference, Executive Advisory Council, customer events, executive roundtables, webinars, and major industry conferences
- Create experiences that connect customers, prospects, partners, and industry leaders
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to strengthen customer advocacy, references, and community engagement
- Build programs that generate customer insight, loyalty, and growth opportunities
- Lead the definition of the content strategy that fuels product marketing, growth marketing, customer engagement, and sales enablement
- Build compelling thought leadership that educates the market on AI, manufacturing execution, digital thread, and operational excellence
- Oversee customer stories, executive content, webinars, research, videos, campaign assets, and educational resources
- Establish iBase-t as a trusted voice helping manufacturers understand the future of AI-powered manufacturing
- Partner with executive leadership to amplify industry perspectives, customer insights, and market education initiatives
- Lead, coach, and develop an established Product & Growth Marketing organization
- Build a high-performing marketing culture focused on strategic thinking, collaboration, accountability, and measurable impact
- Establish priorities, operating rhythms, and processes that enable the team to scale
- Foster strong cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership
Requirements:
- 12+ years of progressive B2B enterprise marketing experience, including significant leadership experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Go-to-Market leadership
- Proven success marketing complex enterprise software or technology platforms
- Experience developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business results
- Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
- Strong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership
- A data-driven approach with the ability to connect marketing activities to business impact
- Experience in one or more of the following industries or technology domains is highly desirable: Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Manufacturing, Enterprise SaaS, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Industrial Software, Digital Thread, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Quality Management Systems (QMS), Asset Performance Management (APM), Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO), AI, analytics, or intelligent automation platforms
- Experience launching AI-enabled products, educating markets around emerging technologies, or helping establish new technology categories is strongly preferred
