Now Hiring Heroes, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Design Owner for Supply Chain Management to lead the design and architecture of supply chain solutions. This role involves driving ERP solution implementation and collaborating with global teams to ensure efficient and standardized solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own and lead global supply chain solution design to meet business needs, leveraging industry best practices and standard ERP functionalities
- Develop and maintain solution design documentation and technical specifications to ensure robust and scalable system architecture
- Ensure the integrity and consistency of ERP solutions within the broader end-to-end supply chain ecosystem
- Facilitate solution design activities, including architecture development within assigned functional areas
- Drive standardization across global processes while minimizing unnecessary local variations
- Ensure seamless integration between ERP systems and connected applications across functions
- Monitor system roadmaps and updates to identify opportunities for process improvements and new capabilities
- Collaborate with process leaders to evaluate and implement enhancements aligned with business objectives
- Support solution maintenance, issue resolution, and change request processes
- Contribute to training and capability development within the supply chain process network
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including solution providers, to ensure successful delivery and execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain solution design or related roles
- Strong expertise in supply chain processes and solution domains
- Experience implementing or supporting ERP systems, with a strong preference for Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Solid understanding of ERP capabilities and standard system functionalities
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and change management skills
- Experience working in global, cross-functional environments
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Basic project management skills and experience managing multiple priorities
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and innovation
- Experience working with application management services (AMS) partners or external solution providers
- Familiarity with system integration and enterprise architecture concepts
- Ability to visualize and document complex concepts in a clear and structured manner
- Strong networking and facilitation skills in international environments
