Sr Product Manager - Salesforce Commerce Cloud

Sansar Tec is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead all product teams in the development and delivery of innovative digital products and services. This role involves aligning product strategies with business goals, conducting market research, and collaborating cross-functionally to prioritize product requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with the platform's business objectives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends
• Create and maintain a product roadmap
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define product requirements and priorities
• Allocate resources and budgets to product development
• Develop and execute a clear product strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
• Deep understanding of user needs, with the capacity to gather and prioritize customer feedback to drive product decisions
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining a product roadmap that outlines the product's development path, aligning it with strategic goals
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Skill in prioritizing and communicating product requirements based on factors like business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to facilitate efficient and adaptive product development
• Provide guidance to product managers, development teams, and designers
