Founding Full Stack Engineer (AI-Native)

Skiffra is building the intelligence layer for the physical world, focusing on creating AI native orchestration systems for various industries. As a Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for building end-to-end product features, integrating LLMs, and collaborating with product experts and early customers to shape the engineering culture and architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Build end-to-end product features across backend, frontend, and agentic layers
• Integrate LLMs and design safe, pragmatic tool interfaces
• Prototype quickly and iterate based on live operational feedback
• Debug across the entire stack and remove bottlenecks
• Collaborate closely with product, domain experts, and early customers
• Influence architecture, engineering standards, and the early roadmap
• Help shape hiring and engineering culture from the ground up
