Associate Product Manager - CDH

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is seeking an Associate Product Manager for CDH Products. This role involves shaping the future of Consumer-Directed Healthcare products by analyzing market opportunities and partnering across the organization to enhance solutions that create value for stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of the business case, business plan, product definition and specifications, implementation and life cycle management activities for new or enhanced products
• Access and analyze the marketplace and regulatory environment to stay fully informed about product trends and results in order to continually assess needs and opportunities for the organization
• Assist in developing ideas for new and enhanced products to support and conform to the organization's overall business strategy and financial goals; coordinating with other partners of the organization to select the best ideas for product/services development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
• 3 years - Experience in the health care industry
• Analytical and decision making abilities
• Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Knowledge of medical and pharmacy products
• Demonstrated consumer healthcare market understanding/knowledge required
