RIS Rx is on a mission to enhance patient affordability through innovative technology solutions. The Senior Product Manager will lead product discovery and execution for ClaimIQ and the Data Platform, transforming complex healthcare workflows into scalable software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own discovery and product direction for ClaimIQ and Data Platform, with a focus on solving real workflow, reporting, and decision-making problems
- Collaborate with internal users, client-facing teams, operations, analytics, and engineering to deeply understand workflows, identify opportunities and risks, and reduce manual work
- Turn ambiguous problems into clear product decisions, prioritized work, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes
- Partner with engineering to move from problem definition to delivery, balancing speed, quality, feasibility, and business impact
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning participation, release planning, and day-to-day product execution with clarity and follow-through
- Leverage the latest AI prototyping tools to conceptualize and evaluate ideas
- Strengthen how RIS Rx discovers, prioritizes, measures, and communicates product work in an evolving product organization
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of product management experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, data-focused products, analytics solutions, or related software environments
- Has built or significantly shaped products, capabilities, or workflows in environments where the path was not already defined
- Comfortable working across data, operations, engineering, and client-facing teams to uncover the real problem behind the request
- Strong product judgment; knows when to push for discovery, when to make a pragmatic decision, and when to move forward with imperfect information
- Able to translate complex workflows, business rules, operational needs, and data concepts into clear product requirements that engineering teams can confidently build from
- Comfortable exploring and leveraging AI product tools, and willing to use them to improve speed, synthesis, collaboration, and decision-making
- Experience working in high-growth organizations where adaptability, ownership, initiative, and follow-through are critical to success
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with executives, peers, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders without overcomplicating the message
- Bachelor's degree required
- Familiarity with data quality, reporting, analytics, data governance, or related concepts
- Healthcare technology, pharmaceutical services, patient access, claims processing, or related industry experience
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
