About this role
Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking a Power Apps Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements while translating them into effective solutions using various Power Platform tools. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders and developers to design workflows and ensure compliance with governance and security policies.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Translate requirements into solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Work with stakeholders to design workflows, forms, dashboards, and automation
- Support development of Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents) use cases for business automation
- Collaborate with developers on SPFx/custom solutions and integrations
- Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and DLP policies
- Conduct testing (UAT), training, and change management activities
- Troubleshoot functional issues and support continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Apps, Automate, Dataverse)
- Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio / conversational AI use cases
- Understanding of workflows, process automation, and integrations (APIs)
- Exposure to Power Platform governance and environment management
