Creatify AI is building an innovative AI advertising platform that automates the video ad lifecycle. As a Senior Client Strategy Lead, you will manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring their ongoing success through strategic insights and support, while driving customer retention and platform adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers after onboarding
- Build trusted relationships with marketers, media buyers, creative teams, and executive stakeholders
- Lead recurring business reviews focused on customer objectives, campaign performance, and future opportunities
- Coordinate across Creative Strategy, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure every customer receives exceptional support
- Represent the voice of the customer by sharing insights that influence product direction and best practices
- Analyze campaign performance across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other digital advertising platforms
- Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Partner with Creative Strategists to prioritize new creative testing opportunities
- Help customers understand why campaigns succeed or underperform and recommend practical next steps
- Introduce customers to new AI capabilities, workflows, and product features that improve efficiency and campaign performance
- Ensure insights from every campaign are incorporated into future testing strategies
- Monitor customer health, adoption, and overall account performance
- Identify opportunities to deepen platform adoption and expand customer relationships
- Partner with Sales on renewals, account planning, and expansion opportunities
- Build business cases based on customer outcomes and measurable ROI
- Help develop customer success stories, best practices, and playbooks that can be scaled across the organization
