Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior IT Program Manager to lead strategic healthcare transformation initiatives for Elevance Health’s Provider and Network Management portfolio. The role involves managing program governance, delivery oversight, and stakeholder management for multiple cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale strategic programs across P4Q, CVBC, and Network Transformation portfolios
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, steering committees, and executive reporting structures
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocations
- Ensure alignment of program objectives with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals
- Facilitate executive governance reviews and provide regular status updates to senior leadership
- Oversee delivery across multiple Agile and Waterfall workstreams
- Coordinate activities across product, engineering, architecture, data, provider operations, and business teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience
- 5+ years managing large healthcare payer transformation programs or Healthcare Payer Operations
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide technology initiatives involving multiple teams and vendors
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and traditional project management methodologies
- Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and complex program portfolios
- Expertise in executive reporting, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Value-Based Care (VBC), Provider Networks, Quality Programs, or Population Health initiatives
- Experience supporting Commercial Health Plans and Provider Contracting functions
- PMP, or PgMP, or PMI-ACP, or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent certifications
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, data platforms, and digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Project
