Medlaunch Concepts is building a transformative healthcare accreditation platform aimed at improving compliance and regulatory processes for healthcare organizations. The GTM Engineering Intern will work with go-to-market and engineering teams, focusing on automation, CRM operations, data engineering, and reporting to contribute to the healthcare platform's development.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build AI agents and automations using MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Claude to eliminate manual GTM work — lead enrichment, data entry, CRM hygiene, outreach personalization, and reporting
- Architect reusable automation frameworks that the rest of the team (and future agents) can build on top of
- Write and refine prompts and agent instructions so production agents behave reliably and predictably
- Test and iterate on agent workflows as new MCP tools and Claude capabilities become available
- Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, sequences, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and lead routing
- Keep the CRM clean, automated, and trustworthy through deduplication, hygiene rules, and enrichment
- Own custom properties, deal pipelines, and reporting structures inside HubSpot
- Partner with sales and marketing to translate their needs into working HubSpot automation
- Integrate HubSpot with our product, our ticketing system, and other GTM tools via APIs and webhooks
- Build data syncs and pipelines that keep information flowing accurately between systems
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across HubSpot, MongoDB, and other internal systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations to catch breakages before they affect the team
- Build dashboards and alerts that track funnel metrics, conversion rates, pipeline health, and attribution
- Develop forecasting models and surface actionable insights for the sales team
- Work with GTM leadership to identify the metrics that matter and automate their reporting
- Turn messy, disparate data into clear, decision-ready views for the business
- Design scalable frameworks, playbooks, and documentation that let the go-to-market motion grow without adding manual headcount
- Participate in technical decision-making and sprint planning alongside engineering and GTM leadership
- Identify manual, repetitive work across the GTM org and propose automation solutions to eliminate it
- Help define what 'good' looks like as the GTM engineering function scales
