Transgate Group is an EdTech SaaS leader focused on transforming corporate training through engaging learning experiences. They are seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to manage full-cycle sales for significant deals and build strategic partnerships with C-suite leaders in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle sales for 6-7 figure deals (HR, L&D, and Higher Ed buyers)
- Strategic partnerships with C-suite leaders (CHROs, VPs of Talent)
- Pipeline generation + consultative selling positioning us as the antidote to boring training
- Collaboration with Product/Marketing to refine pricing and expansion plays
Requirements:
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales with proven enterprise wins
- Vertical expertise: HR Tech, L&D, or EdTech (strong preference)
- Startup DNA: You thrive in scale-up mode equal parts strategist and hunter
