Responsibilities:

Owning and evolving our internal AI platform
Building AI-powered client solutions: RAG pipelines, agent architectures, LLM integrations, protocol-driven tooling
Designing internal AI tooling to accelerate delivery
Leading advanced technical AI sessions within our upskilling programme
Evaluating emerging AI tools, frameworks and protocols
Supporting pragmatic AI adoption across engineering teams
