- Partner with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to create landing pages, blog posts, and conversion paths that generate qualified leads
- Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, lead conversion, and content performance using analytics tools and HubSpot reporting
- Support the agentic calling channel by translating outreach insights into segmented messaging, nurture campaigns, and follow-up workflows
- Build and maintain HubSpot lists, workflows, and campaign logic so call outcomes flow into structured lead nurture and pipeline reporting
- Work closely with sales or business development resources to improve targeting, follow-up speed, objection handling, and content alignment
- Manage performance marketing efforts tied to Google PPC, including vendor coordination, budget pacing, conversion analysis, and landing page feedback
- Monitor cost per lead, close rates, and customer acquisition cost by campaign and recommend reallocations based on performance
- Align paid search strategy with SEO, email, social, and event messaging to maintain a consistent acquisition funnel
- Build and launch email campaigns in HubSpot Marketing Hub, including batch emails, nurture workflows, segmented sends, and campaign reporting
- Manage forms, landing pages, CTAs, dynamic lists, and automation rules within HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Create reporting dashboards that track lead generation, email engagement, conversion by lifecycle stage, and campaign ROI
- Plan, execute, attend pre-show, onsite, and post-show marketing programs for 10 to 15 tradeshows (predominately September through April)
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and outside vendors on event promotion, messaging, lead capture, follow-up, and performance analysis
- Ensure event leads are captured in HubSpot and entered into timely nurture or sales follow-up sequences
- Own the company website end to end, including content updates, page builds, landing pages, site structure, and CMS administration
- Manage the relationship with outside development or design vendors where applicable, and coordinate technical fixes, hosting issues, and performance/uptime monitoring
- Maintain site UX, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and conversion-path integrity across the funnel, and ensure new products, campaigns, and content are reflected accurately and on-brand
- Track website analytics (traffic, bounce rate, conversion by page/source) and report on site performance alongside other channel metrics
- Own the social media calendar, content creation or vendor/freelancer coordination, posting cadence, and platform strategy across relevant channels (e.g., LinkedIn for B2B audiences, plus other platforms suited to the customer base)
- Develop messaging that supports brand awareness, product launches, event promotion, and thought leadership, in coordination with sales and leadership
- Monitor engagement, follower growth, and social-driven traffic/leads, and report performance as part of overall channel reporting
- Own marketing communications to the existing customer base, distinct from net-new lead generation, including renewal campaigns, upsell/cross-sell messaging, and customer newsletters or updates
- Build and manage customer marketing workflows in HubSpot (e.g., onboarding follow-up, satisfaction/NPS outreach, review and referral requests, and community-building touchpoints with existing accounts)
- Coordinate with customer success/service delivery and sales to align outreach timing with account health, renewal windows, and product launches
