About this role
EPITEC is seeking an experienced IT Project / Program Manager to lead complex software delivery initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams while driving execution, stakeholder communication, risk management, and program delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple software development projects and programs from planning through delivery
- Coordinate Agile teams, stakeholders, and technical resources across the organization
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, forecasts, dependencies, and risk logs
- Drive stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and program status updates
- Partner with Product Owners, Scrum teams, and technical leaders to prioritize work and remove roadblocks
- Support application modernization, cloud, and data migration initiatives
- Mentor less experienced project managers and promote delivery best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience
- 5+ years managing Agile software development projects
- Experience leading programs within large enterprise organizations
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software testing lifecycles
- Experience working with data engineering, application migration, or modernization efforts
- Azure DevOps experience
- Knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms
- Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- PMP certification
- Scrum Master certification
- AWS certifications
- Experience leading global teams and large cross-functional initiatives
