About this role

Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Senior Cloudera Public Cloud Platform Engineer to manage and support enterprise-scale Cloudera Data Platform (CDP) environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Cloudera Public Cloud, Kafka, Kubernetes/Docker, cloud infrastructure, and platform operations supporting large-scale Big Data workloads.

Responsibilities:

Manage and support enterprise-scale Cloudera Data Platform (CDP) environments

Requirements:

12+ years of experience in Big Data Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Operations
6+ years of hands-on experience with Cloudera CDP Public Cloud/CDH
Strong experience administering and supporting enterprise Big Data platforms
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
Experience working with Kubernetes or Docker container platforms
Strong knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud services
Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), cloud security, roles, and access policies
