Implementation Project Manager

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects through the full lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. This role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives are met while communicating updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives are met
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs through established change management processes
• Communicate project status, financials, risks, and key updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership
• Partner with Resource Managers, Team Leads, Finance, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and promoting project management best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of project management experience and 7+ years of overall professional experience
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
• Background in HR Consulting, Payroll, or Outsourcing industries is a plus
